Philips Lighting is creating the conditions for a professional continuation of the 25-year success story of the world-renowned Philips brand in the tanning market. iSOLde Licht GmbH, a subsidiary of JW Holding GmbH, Germany, will be the supplier of the tried and tested Philips tanning product range from January 2009.
The companies of JW Holding GmbH have already been successful in the tanning market for over 30 years. A key focus is the tanning lamps product segment. The Group has impressed here for years with sophisticated technologies and market-leading product portfolios. The acquisition of the Philips tanning brands means a further expansion of this core competence.
